Fritz Hendricks is the CEO of Inteliquent. Prior to this position, Mr. Hendricks led Onvoy as CEO since 2007 and was previously COO of the company. Before joining Onvoy, Mr. Hendricks had a long career at US WEST (now CenturyLink), where he held various leadership positions, including center and field operations, next-generation business and technology planning, engineering and systems automation, culminating in a role as Vice President of Operations for Qwest Global Services.
Mr. Hendricks holds a BS from the University of Bellevue and is a graduate of the Carnegie Mellon Information Networking Institute for Advanced Telecommunication Innovation.
Michael Donahue serves as Inteliquent's Corporate CFO with than 26 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Mike started as CFO with Onvoy in 2008. Prior to joining Onvoy Voice Services, Mike was VP of Finance/Treasurer at Eschelon Telecom and was also VP of Accounting/Controller. Mike was one of the original employees at Eschelon and had at various times responsibilities over all aspects of Finance and Accounting including the company's Initial Public Offering and successful sale to Integra Telecom.
Prior to Eschelon, Mike worked at Enhanced TeleManagement and Frontier in various Accounting and Finance management roles.
Mike holds an MBA in Finance and BSB degree in Accounting – both from the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Teri Asiala serves as Inteliquent's Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions lead. Teri rejoined Onvoy in 2008 and ran Sales, Product Management, Customer Service and Sales Engineering over the past 8 years. She has 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry starting her telecom career as one of the founding employees of Onvoy (MEANS) in 1992. As Director of IT, Teri led the IT, Customer Service, ISP and Product Development organizations before leaving in 1998 to join Ovation Communications. Ovation was later purchased by McLeodUSA, where Teri became the VP of the IT organization and was a member of the Executive team.
After leaving McLeodUSA, she became an independent management consultant and assisted numerous CLECs and ILECs with all aspects of their business including regulatory and interconnection support, revenue assurance, operational processes and IT support.
Corporate General Counsel
Scott Sawyer serves as Inteliquent's Corporate Genearl Counsel. Scott joined Onvoy in 2009 with over 23 years of experience representing telecommunications carriers in legal and regulatory matters. Before joining Onvoy, Mr. Sawyer was engaged in private practice, where he provided legal and regulatory advice to competitive local exchange carriers and network providers.
Before that, Scott served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Counsel for Conversent Communications, where he was responsible for all advocacy before the FCC, Congress, and state public utility commissions; for compliance with laws, rules and regulations; for the negotiation and arbitration of interconnection agreements and other commercial contracts; and for supporting sales, engineering, customer service, and finance.
Scott has a law degree from Northeastern University, a Masters in Public Affairs from the University of Texas and a BA from Bowdoin College.
Dr. Surendra Saboo has more than 28 years of telecommunications executive management experience. Surendra has come full cicle and now leads Inteliquent as President. Prior to this role, Surendra served as the EVP and COO of Onvoy, starting in 2015, shortly after leading the Telecom Services Division of Transaction Network Services (TNS) as CEO. Preceding TNS, Surendra was the President and COO of Inteliquent where he was responsible for Sales, Product Management, Network Engineering and Operations, Service Delivery, Customer Care and Information Technology.
Surendra started his career with AT&T in 1986 as a member of the technical staff at Bell Laboratories in Holmdel, NJ and then spent the next 14 years in a variety of operating areas, including research and development, engineering, product management, strategy, systems development and operations. He was instrumental in launching AT&T into local services after the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
After AT&T, Surendra was the Chairman, CEO and Founder of Teledigm, an e-CRM software product company in Dallas. In June 2000, he joined Comcast as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Broadnet, a pan-European subsidiary of Comcast based in Brussels, where he was responsible for launching broadband services in six EU countries. In 2002, he returned to the U.S. and became the Vice President of Product Development and Operations for Comcast's voice business. In this capacity, he was responsible for launching the VoIP-based Comcast digital voice service and ended his tenure at Comcast as the Vice President of Voice Services.
Surendra holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, India, and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Ohio State University, Columbus, OH. He has also completed the Advanced Management Program from University of Hawaii.
Mr. Bullock joined Inteliquent in 2004 and serves as our Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Network Operations. Mr. Bullock has served as Inteliquent's Chief Technology Officer since 2011. Prior to 2011, Mr. Bullock held a variety of technical leadership roles, including serving as Inteliquent's Senior Vice President of Network Operations and Engineering from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Bullock was instrumental in building our tandem switching network from serving just two markets to now serving nearly the entire U.S. Mr. Bullock has over 30 years of telecommunications experience. Prior to joining Inteliquent, Mr. Bullock held various technical leadership roles with MCI, WorldCom, MFS and Sprint/CenTel. Today, Mr. Bullock serves on the board of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS), a not for profit that helps develop standards and solutions for information and communications technology. Mr. Bullock holds a B.A. in Telecommunications Management from DePaul University.
Mr. Scorza joined Inteliquent in 2004 and serves as our Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Information Technology & Product Development. Mr. Scorza has served as Inteliquent's Chief Information Officer since 2011. Prior to this, Mr. Scorza held positions overseeing Inteliquent's domestic products and information systems, including serving as our Senior Vice President of Information Systems from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Scorza was instrumental in the implementation of our billing, reporting and back office functions, and has over 20 years of information technology and telecommunications experience. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Scorza held senior positions, including Vice President of Information Technology, with Focal Communications, Inc. Prior to Focal, Mr. Scorza held various technical and management positions with MFS Communications and Andersen Consulting. Mr. Scorza holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
Justin Nelson has more than 15 years of experience in the communications industry, serving in leadership roles within Engineering, Operations, and Product. Prior to Inteliquent and Onvoy, Justin was CEO of MapVine, a startup focused on telecom sales enablement deployed as a SAAS service offering. Before MapVine, Justin was the CEO at dash Carrier Services, a leading provider of emergency services and wholesale voice services. Justin led dash through multiple acquisitions, the deployment of one of three nationwide VoIP Position Center networks and the eventual acquisition by Bandwidth.com in 2011.
Justin started his career as VP of Development for Kase and Company, an industry leader in technical analysis for risk management to energy producers and consumers. In addition to leading the development of Kase custom software for trading and hedging, he also oversaw day to day research operations as well as provided customized trading and hedging oversight to software customers.
After Kase, Justin worked at Voyant Technologies where he was involved in the development of a SIP conferencing platform targeted at carrier customers. He was active in the early SIP bake-offs and helped deploy the first production SIP conferencing service at a carrier. Following Voyant, Justin joined Level 3 communications in a Product Management role focused on a residential spin-off targeted at its largest customers.
Justin holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico.
Michael Remacle serves as Inteliquent's CMO, leading the Sales, Marketing and Account Management functions.
Michael has more than 25 years experience in the communications industry, serving in leadership roles within Product, Marketing and Sales. Michael joined Onvoy in October 2015 as SVP of Sales via Onvoy’s acquisition of Layered Communications. Prior to Onvoy, Michael was CEO of Layered Communications, a Communication Enabler for OTT, MVNO and VSPs. Before Layered, Michael held Business Development and Offer Management roles at Level 3 Communications where he was instrumental in helping Level 3 become a powerhouse in wholesale voice services. Prior to that, Michael held positions with telecommunication firms including Comverse, MSHOW (Intercall), GTE Internetworking and Sun Microsystems.
Michael has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. He is a father of three children and resides in Boulder, CO.
