Fritz Hendricks is the CEO of Inteliquent. Prior to this position, Mr. Hendricks led Onvoy as CEO since 2007 and was previously COO of the company. Before joining Onvoy, Mr. Hendricks had a long career at US WEST (now CenturyLink), where he held various leadership positions, including center and field operations, next-generation business and technology planning, engineering and systems automation, culminating in a role as Vice President of Operations for Qwest Global Services.

Mr. Hendricks holds a BS from the University of Bellevue and is a graduate of the Carnegie Mellon Information Networking Institute for Advanced Telecommunication Innovation.

Ed O’Hara joined Inteliquent in April, 2018 and serves as Corporate Chief Financial Officer. In his role as CFO, Ed leads the finance and human resources functions of the company. Ed brings with him 30 years of financial management, M&A and capital markets leadership experience. Ed most recently served as the CFO of Datapipe Inc, prior to its sale to Rackspace (Apollo). Before Datapipe, Ed served as the CFO of Sidera Networks, prior to its sale to Lightower (Berkshire Partners) and of the Residential and Business Services segment of RCN Corporation, prior to its sale to ABRY Partners. Mr. O’Hara received an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Teri Asiala serves as Inteliquent's Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions lead. Teri rejoined Onvoy in 2008 and ran Sales, Product Management, Customer Service and Sales Engineering over the past 8 years. She has 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry starting her telecom career as one of the founding employees of Onvoy (MEANS) in 1992. As Director of IT, Teri led the IT, Customer Service, ISP and Product Development organizations before leaving in 1998 to join Ovation Communications. Ovation was later purchased by McLeodUSA, where Teri became the VP of the IT organization and was a member of the Executive team.

After leaving McLeodUSA, she became an independent management consultant and assisted numerous CLECs and ILECs with all aspects of their business including regulatory and interconnection support, revenue assurance, operational processes and IT support.

Dr. Surendra Saboo has more than 28 years of telecommunications executive management experience. Surendra has come full circle and now leads Inteliquent as President. Prior to this role, Surendra served as the EVP and COO of Onvoy, starting in 2015, shortly after leading the Telecom Services Division of Transaction Network Services (TNS) as CEO. Preceding TNS, Surendra was the President and COO of Inteliquent where he was responsible for Sales, Product Management, Network Engineering and Operations, Service Delivery, Customer Care and Information Technology.

Surendra started his career with AT&T in 1986 as a member of the technical staff at Bell Laboratories in Holmdel, NJ and then spent the next 14 years in a variety of operating areas, including research and development, engineering, product management, strategy, systems development and operations. He was instrumental in launching AT&T into local services after the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

After AT&T, Surendra was the Chairman, CEO and Founder of Teledigm, an e-CRM software product company in Dallas. In June 2000, he joined Comcast as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Broadnet, a pan-European subsidiary of Comcast based in Brussels, where he was responsible for launching broadband services in six EU countries. In 2002, he returned to the U.S. and became the Vice President of Product Development and Operations for Comcast's voice business. In this capacity, he was responsible for launching the VoIP-based Comcast digital voice service and ended his tenure at Comcast as the Vice President of Voice Services.

Surendra holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, India, and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Ohio State University, Columbus, OH. He has also completed the Advanced Management Program from University of Hawaii.

Mr. Bullock joined Inteliquent in 2004 and serves as our Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Network Operations. Mr. Bullock has served as Inteliquent's Chief Technology Officer since 2011. Prior to 2011, Mr. Bullock held a variety of technical leadership roles, including serving as Inteliquent's Senior Vice President of Network Operations and Engineering from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Bullock was instrumental in building our tandem switching network from serving just two markets to now serving nearly the entire U.S. Mr. Bullock has over 30 years of telecommunications experience. Prior to joining Inteliquent, Mr. Bullock held various technical leadership roles with MCI, WorldCom, MFS and Sprint/CenTel. Today, Mr. Bullock serves on the board of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS), a not for profit that helps develop standards and solutions for information and communications technology. Mr. Bullock holds a B.A. in Telecommunications Management from DePaul University.

Mr. Scorza joined Inteliquent in 2004 and serves as our Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Information Technology & Product Development. Mr. Scorza has served as Inteliquent's Chief Information Officer since 2011. Prior to this, Mr. Scorza held positions overseeing Inteliquent's domestic products and information systems, including serving as our Senior Vice President of Information Systems from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Scorza was instrumental in the implementation of our billing, reporting and back office functions, and has over 20 years of information technology and telecommunications experience. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Scorza held senior positions, including Vice President of Information Technology, with Focal Communications, Inc. Prior to Focal, Mr. Scorza held various technical and management positions with MFS Communications and Andersen Consulting. Mr. Scorza holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Richard Monto joined Inteliquent in 2007 and has over a decade of telecommunications law experience. Prior to becoming Inteliquent's General Counsel and Secretary, he served as Assistant General Counsel, and was involved in all of Inteliquent's ongoing legal and regulatory matters. Before joining Inteliquent, Richard held senior legal positions at various companies. He served as the Chief Legal Officer of Universal Access Global Holdings, Inc., a Chicago based wholesale telecommunications carrier. Richard also worked at MCI, where he was responsible for the provision of legal support for sales to MCI's largest enterprise users in the Midwest region. Richard began his career at the law firm of Sonnenschein, Nath and Rosenthal. Mr. Monto has an undergraduate degree in Russian and Eastern European Studies from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law.

Chandy Ghosh joined Inteliquent in 2017 and serves as our Chief Operations Officer and General Manager of the Emergency & 9-1-1 Services Division. Prior to joining Inteliquent, Ms. Ghosh served as Executive Vice President of Technology at Intrado/West Safety Services, where she ran the nationwide 9-1-1 solutions and critical infrastructure governed by the Department of Homeland Security. Ms. Ghosh has held several leadership positions including: VP, Customer Digital Strategy at CenturyLink, Executive Partner at ThoughtWorks, Global Head Product Delivery, Johnson Controls/GWS and Principal Consultant at KPMG-Bearing Point. Ms. Ghosh’s education includes Harvard Executive Development Program; Master of Process, Michael Hammer Program. MBA from University of New Mexico, and undergrad/grad degrees from Jadavpur University. Chandy is CJIS certified and she is on the Board of Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame, HMG Strategy Colorado, SIM C-Suite Colorado & Colorado Technology Association’s Women in Technology.
