Inteliquent’s NG9-1-1 ESInet Gateway aggregates 9-1-1 calls from all Originating Service Providers (OSPs), operating within the jurisdiction of a 9-1-1 Authority, calls delivered using the SIP Protocal are handled natively. Calls delivered using TDM (SS7) are converted to SIP protocol. The calls are then delivered to NG 9-1-1 systems that perform routing to the PSAPs.
The Inteliquent solution leverages the breadth & depth of our existing intelligent network, connectivity to OSPs and knowledge of next-gen Emergency Services needs to enable a timely, cost-effective, and accelerated transition to NG 9-1-1.
